Espanica offers our clients unique art, antiques and furnishings, many of which are one of a kind. We travel, several times a year, to Mexico and South America looking for unique pieces and design items that uniquely accent the home or office. We have associates in South America that look for special pieces for our clients. We can save you or your client money, time and energy locating hard to find pieces.

We work with architects, contractors, decorators, designers and individuals to find furnishings, décor and architectural elements. If you are looking for something specific that you do not find on our site, we possibly have it but have not listed it or we can find it. Feel free to contact us with your needs.

We do a limited number of design projects each year and we also offer short term personal assistance with your project. If you need help or are close to being put in jail for harming your current advisor, send us an email or give us a call.

Due to the nature of insuring, packing and shipping of expensive furnishings we ask that you contact us to help arrange quality shipping to your door. Even though handling, shipping and insurance are your expense, we want to make sure that your purchase is handled properly.

Merchandise my be returned at buyers expense, notification (to Espanica) of return must be made within 3 days of buyer receiving item(s) and shipped on the 4th day. Item(s) must be reshipped with insurance covering the total value of the item(s) and packing must be maintained not to damage item.

If product is damaged in the return process insured will assume responsibility for collecting his money from insurance company.
